You measure your head circumference:
To determine your helmet size, place a flexible tape measure (tailor’s tape measure) around your head about a finger’s width (approx. 2cm) above your eyebrows so that you capture the largest head circumference.
The measured value corresponds to your head circumference in centimeters (cm).
