B: Waist circumference: measure horizontally around your waist. Try to stand straight.

C: Hips: Measure around your hips / buttocks at the widest point.

D: Inseam: Measure the inside of the leg from the crotch to the sole of the foot.

Q: Glove size: Measure the circumference of your hand around the widest part of your palm. You can also download the following glove dimension sheet and print it out with Acrobat Reader.

You can then transfer all measured values to the manufacturer’s tables and determine your size.

Boots and shoes

To determine your shoe size or boot size, you must first determine your foot length. Here you measure the length of your foot starting from the longest toe to the end of your heel.
Then stand on a piece of paper and draw a vertical line at the beginning and end of your foot. Measure the distances between the lines. This is how you get your foot measurements with which you can determine your shoe size with the help of the boot tables.

HELMETS

To determine your helmet size, place a flexible tape measure (tailor’s tape measure) about a finger’s breadth (approx. 2 cm) above the eyebrows around the head so that you can measure the largest head circumference.
The measured value corresponds to your head circumference in centimeters (cm).
