Return / Return due to cancellation or exchange
You don't like the delivered goods, or they don't fit?
Please note that every return not only costs you time, money, and hassle, but also harms the environment.
Together we can help conserve resources and protect the environment. Therefore, please consider carefully whether a return is truly necessary.
1. Fill out the return form:
Please be sure to include a completed return form with your return shipment so we can process it quickly and accurately.
The return form is also attached to your invoice, which was included with your original shipment. If it’s not there, you can find it here.
Failure to complete the return form will complicate the process and cause unnecessary delays!
2. Create DHL stickers
Please note that purchasing a DHL label only works if your return address is in Germany. This does not work from abroad.

- Please note the 14-day right of withdrawal.
- The goods must be complete.
- The goods must be new, in their original packaging, and unused.
(No test drives, original protective films must be attached, and no electrical components may be installed!) - You bear the direct costs of return shipping.
