Company history
We warmly welcome you to the Internet pages of the Accessories Shop Frankfurt and the Dainese Shop Frankfurt!
Our family-run specialist shop for motorcycle clothing and accessories was founded on March 15, 1986 in the Gasse in Frankfurt-Bockenheim by our then managing director Christel Schrader (Fig. 1). In the eighties, when we were still known as Detlev Louis Depot, we already had many of the motorcycle accessories brands that were already well-known at that time in our range. After a short time the space became too small and so we moved to Schloßstraße 7-9 in 1988 (Fig. 2). We were able to establish ourselves successfully on the market there and became, so to speak, an insider tip among motorcycle clothing stores.
The Motorcycle Center Frankfurt is built
After more than 20 years it was time to make a few changes. The space to present the goods had been too tight for a long time. For this reason, we decided at the beginning of 2008 to move into the newly built motorcycle center in Frankfurt am Bad Homburger Kreuz. With lots of new ideas and a new challenge in our luggage, we finally moved to Max-Holder-Str. 7 to Frankfurt – Kalbach (Fig. 3).
A huge selection of motorcycle clothing and motorcycles from the Ducati, Kawasaki and KTM brands (motorcycle brands from Ducati Frankfurt and HM Motorradhaus) awaits you here in the Motorcycle Center Frankfurt.
After our successful reopening of the first DAINESE PRO SHOPS in Hesse and the reopening of the accessories shop in Frankfurt on December 6th, 2008, an even larger selection of selected motorcycle accessories, clothing and helmets is available to you.

In 2016 we celebrated our 30th anniversary and so it was time to arrange the succession. Our son Sven Christian Schrader became the new managing director and since then has been running the accessories shop in Frankfurt with his wife Christiane. Our new managing director has been a motorcyclist himself for more than 30 years and he was practically born with “the motorcycle”. With more than 20 years of experience in enduro competitions and rallies (El Chott, Baja Germany, Intercontinental Rally and Hellas Rally etc.) and countless kilometers of road, he brings a lot of know-how and above all passion and fun with him.
Then as now, we attach great importance to advice and service. We are not just any “internet booth”! We stand with our almost 600 square meter shop and our entire team – consisting of passionate motorcyclists – for detailed, individual and competent advice. For us, customer service is our top priority both before and after the purchase.
Our selection
We have always offered you a huge range of well-known clothing and helmet brands. The clothing range extends from the traditional Italian brand Dainese to the brands Held, Stadler, Klim, Scott and Germot. We also have AGV, ARAI, SCHUBERTH, SHOEI, HJC, LS2, Germot, Sena and Carberg helmets ready for you.
In recent years we have been able to expand our expertise in the field of airbags for motorcyclists, motorcycle communication and navigation. Last but not least, we are one of the leading motorcycle airbag dealers in Europe (Dainese D-Air, Klim, Held, inMotion) as well as base dealers for the Cardo, Sena, Garmin (Zumo) and Tom Tom brands in the Rhine-Main area. In the case of suitcases, bags and luggage we carry the products of the brands SW-Motech and Kriega.
Made-to-measure clothing & helmet adjustments
We also offer made-to-measure leather clothing from Dainese and in the textile sector from the Stadler brand. We can also make individual helmet adjustments from the Shoei and Arai brands. Just talk to us!
