F1 TECHNOLOGY MEETS SPORT TOURING PERFORMANCE

• The S3 CARBON's full carbon shell is manufactured using the same lamination and autoclave curing processes as our car racing helmets. More importantly, the shell is handcrafted by the same highly specialized technicians who produce the helmets of the current Formula 1 World Champion.

ONE MAN, ONE SHELL

• The manufacturing process of the new S3 CARBON is based on the "one man, one shell" principle, meaning that the highly specialized technician who starts the lamination process completes the entire shell production.

A PRODUCTION PROCESS LIKE NO OTHER

• After the lamination process, the carbon fiber mold is closed and carefully packaged and vacuum-sealed by specially trained staff to prepare it for the autoclave curing cycle.
• SCHUBERTH PERFORMANCE autoclaves generate a proprietary combination of pressure and temperature within a precise timeframe. This cycle, lasting up to four hours, transforms the carbon fiber layers and their resin into a monolithic component that becomes your helmet, offering outstanding mechanical strength and lightness.

DOUBLE D-RING

• The SCHUBERTH S3 CARBON's closure system features a double D-ring for maximum safety. The same closure system used in MotoGP and Formula 1 is specially engineered from a magnesium-aluminum alloy to ensure the lightest and most secure closure possible.

SAFETY FIRST

• At SCHUBERTH, safety comes first. The S3 CARBON sets new standards, offering a full-face helmet with ECE-R 22.06 certification and a carbon fiber monocoque shell for improved shock absorption and reduced weight.
• Like the entire SCHUBERTH collection, the S3 CARBON features the Anti-Roll-Off System, which is connected to a chin strap in a new, improved position to enhance neck comfort.

SCHUBERTH RESCUE SYSTEM

• The S3 CARBON features the S.R.S. (SCHUBERTH RESCUE SYSTEM). This system allows rescue personnel to remove the cheek pads by pulling on the two tabs, thus reducing the forces acting on the rider's neck. This makes it easier to remove the helmet in critical situations and prevents injuries.

OPTIMAL AIRFLOW

• Optimal head thermoregulation maximizes rider performance and comfort. For this reason, the S3 CARBON was designed to combine ultimate ventilation through dual chin vents with a rear spoiler featuring an air outlet and exposed EPS ventilation channels.
• The SCHUBERTH S3 CARBON features dual chin air intakes with washable and replaceable filters for optimal breathability during rides in extreme conditions. Ergonomic knobs allow for easy adjustment of the two variable front vents.

COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS

• The most advanced technology specifically designed for your SCHUBERTH S3. The SC2, SC2 Standard, and SC EDGE models are extremely easy to install, configure, and use, setting new standards in motorcycle communication. The microphone, HD speakers, and three antennas for FM radio, Bluetooth intercom, and mesh intercom are already pre-installed in the SCHUBERTH S3 CARBON.
• Thanks to these technologies, the SCHUBERTH S3 CARBON offers unparalleled intercom connection quality, redefining the concept of a "communication network." With mesh technology, it is now possible to connect up to 16 people within seconds while maintaining excellent call quality.

BEST FIELD OF VISION UNDER ALL CONDITIONS

• The S3 CARBON features an integrated and adjustable flip-up visor and, thanks to the patented V-Lock mechanism, offers an enhanced field of vision to protect against intense sunlight. The clear visor comes with a pre-installed Pinlock® 120 XLT anti-fog insert and can also be replaced with a dark, silver mirrored, or yellow visor.

THE SOUND OF SILENCE

• The SCHUBERTH S3 CARBON helmet was developed in the same in-house wind tunnel used to test Formula 1 helmets and has undergone extensive road testing. The S3 CARBON's aeroacoustics have been optimized to achieve an outstanding performance of 85 dB(A) at 100 km/h on a naked bike.
