Alpinestars Nucleon Plasma Full Back Protector

The extremely lightweight Level 2 and UKCA-proofed Nucleon Plasma Full Back Protector insert features Alpinestars' Nucleon Plasma technology. A unique product from Alpinestars, Plasma is an environmentally friendly, sustainable and lightweight shock-absorbing material, while its clever design offers a premium level of adaptability, breathability and ventilation. Featuring a soft-touch textile coating, this ultra-adaptive protector offers the optimum balance of force distribution, flexibility and comfort.

• Highly ventilated for excellent air circulation and breathability, with soft inner lining on the skin side for optimum rider comfort.
• The super-lightweight back protector insert has been developed in three waist-to-shoulder dimensions to cover all body sizes.
• 60 years of innovation and extensive testing and research have led to plasma technology; the perfect balance between impact absorption, density, thickness and flexibility.
• By using Nucleon plasma technology, Alpinestars can customise the geometry of the entire protector, which results in extensive perforations and still far exceeds the requirements of the standards for impact resistance. Another outstanding feature of this construction is the large number of lateral and longitudinal ventilation channels for effective heat dissipation.
• The innovative design of the Nucleon Plasma back protector insert allows the protector to compress and expand, providing a highly customisable fit for superior rider comfort.
