Description

• The AMT-8 Stretch Drystar®XF Pants are a new addition to the AMT (Alpinestars Motion Technology) line and are designed to offer the ultimate level of comfort for long-distance adventures. Like other products in the series, the AMT-8 Pants feature an active fit, ergonomically shaped to ensure freedom of movement while guaranteeing a high level of ventilation and breathability. With strategically positioned Hyperflow vents and a waterproof Drystar®XF stretch lining, the AMT-8 Pants are designed to provide cooling ventilation in the areas where riders need it most, keeping them dry in harsh weather conditions.

• Active touring fit with pre-shaped legs and ergonomic knees for superior riding comfort.
• Long, zippered vents on the thighs provide a high level of cooling airflow when open, acting like scoops to capture air from the oncoming wind. The AMT-8 pants' Hyperflow ventilation system offers a larger surface area for air exchange, with the side thigh vents held open by an internal drawcord retention system.
• The waterproof Drystar®XF stretch liner is extremely versatile and can be used as an inner windproof layer when worn under the pants or as a waterproof layer for rain protection when worn over the pants. When not in use, the jacket can be easily packed into its integrated stuff sack and conveniently stowed in the back pocket of the AMT-8 jacket.

• The pants feature an active touring fit, pre-curved legs, and ergonomic knees for enhanced comfort.
• The long, zippered vents provide excellent cooling airflow. When opened with the internal bungee cord retention system, they ensure maximum, constant airflow thanks to the pants' Hyperflow ventilation system.
• The versatile waterproof Drystar®XF stretch liner serves as a windproof layer under the pants or a rainproof layer over them. It packs easily into its integrated pouch and can be stowed in the back pocket of the AMT-8 jacket.
• Ergonomic cargo pockets with a rally-inspired design allow for quick and easy two-handed access, enhancing both utility and practicality.
• A new waist connection design ensures a secure connection with the Alpinestars AMT-8 jacket, making it invisible when not in use.
• Internal goatskin leather panels provide maximum motorcycle contact and unbeatable durability. Their contoured shape minimizes excess bulk.
• The stretch accordion at the calf allows the breeches to be worn tucked into or over boots, with all types of boots and riding shoes.
• Long leg opening with a zipper for easy on and off.
• The seamless, stretchy crotch construction offers enhanced comfort and flexibility.
• Adjustable magnetic waist buckle for a secure and optimal fit.
• Fixed lining with comfort fabric at the back of the waistband.

Protection

• Adjustable Nucleon Plasma Pro Level 2 knee protectors for high impact protection, with internal knee protector pockets in the lining; Nucleon Flex Plus Level 1 hip protectors, both hip and knee protectors are already installed in the pants.
• The Nucleon Plasma Pro knee protectors were developed using state-of-the-art body mapping technology to achieve the optimal balance of protection and flexibility and are anatomically designed for use in Alpinestars Touring Pants.
• Category II EN 1621-1:2012 Level 2 Nucleon Plasma Pro knee protectors and Level 1 Nucleon Flex Plus hip protectors for effective impact protection.
• According to European law, CE marking is a conformity requirement for placing this product on the market. The following standards apply:
  • Fully certified riding apparel according to Category II EN17092-3:2020 Standard – AA Class.
