The outer shell is available in two versions: an exclusive carbon version (Carbon 3K) for the carbon graphics and high-performance carbon fiber (HPC Carbon) for the other designs. Both versions are offered in four shell sizes, developed using the Airoh wind tunnel to ensure maximum performance and optimal design. Particular attention has been paid to aerodynamics for stability at high speeds and thermodynamics for optimal heat regulation. The Aviator 3 combines Airoh's technological expertise in one product: the advanced AMS2 Plus (Airoh Multiaction Safety System Plus), AEFR (Airoh Emergency Fast Release), and AMLS (Airoh Magnetic Lining System) offer the highest levels of comfort and safety. With eight air intakes and spoilers with integrated extractors, the helmet remains comfortable even under extreme conditions.
